Harvesting Wealth

The best thing about harvest time isn't eating the ripe foods, but finding ways to use the extras, preserve them, and create the wealth that comes from having a taste of the harvest in the winter months.

Peach liqueur for fun and Lemon Balm cordial for medicine
Our bounty of Lemon Balm has led to many concoctions, all of which will help us through cold and flu season, as Lemon Balm is an excellent herbal aid for respiratory ailments.
Lemon Balm sugar, Lemon Balm infused vodka, and Clary Sage & Lavender infused Witch Hazel
Clary Sage and Lavender are both excellent for the skin. Infused in Witch Hazel, they'll make a gentle, clarifying astringent.
Patchouli leaves circling a green candle for prosperous wishes
For all my fellow gardeners: May your harvest, no matter the size, be as inspirational and fruitful as ours.
